what is a good starter kit to learn bass guitar?

i want to learn bass but im not looking to spend a great deal of money, but i still want something decent.

First Act is about the cheapest thing you’ll find, you would think your getting something really bad for the price but they’re actually very decent for a starting guitar. It’s what my starting guitar was.
