If adding cereal to formula is empty calories, how will it make an infant baby be overweight?
cause it makes them want food longer? my baby is a month and already gaining a good amount (heALTHY) but i heard that it can cause my baby to get a fatty. true? Its just that hes hungry a lot and i figured mabie like a teaspoon of cereal in his formula.
Because it’s empty calories. It’s calories that go into your body but don’t do anything for you, as far as giving you energy or doing anything good for you.
It’s like if you drank soda (not diet.) It doesn’t do anything for you in a good way, but it has a bunch of calories!
If he’s hungry a lot, feed him more formula, don’t give him cereal.
